Welcome to the forum!!!
What was your ski running before the mods, rpm and speed?
If everything is good, no boost leaks etc, then you need pitch taken out of prop to get rpm up and speed will come up.
If you dont want to bend your prop right away then put the stock nozzle back on (86.6 mm and shorter) and see where your rpms are at, but if everything is right then you need pitch out of prop to get rpm and speed up.
Good luck !!!

blow off valve
if i were you before you go crazy with other things i would take the riva blow off valve off and block the hole in the pipe with a plate and see what happens. i have never had any good luck with the riva blow off valves they always seem too leak or have some kind of problem.

i agree with speed freaks...do you have a boost guage on it ..you should be at 15 psi or there abouts at 8600 rpm with a rude 2...you arnt seeing the rpm you should ..rpm = boost and boost = rpm ...you should be 50 rpm below red line ..you are missing 300 rpm..boost/power ??? pitch ?? nozzzle all controle rpm ..and the prop doesnt seem off for those mods..with those mods you should be almost 80 ..on and average day...better on a perfect one..i upgraded from a 10 psi s3 charger stock ecu to a x charger and riva ecu and my bov was set to loose and was only getting 11 psi instead of 12 13 ...because it was leaking ...if it is adjustable you can just crank it down so it cant open and take the line off for the test.....

I agree with the other members, before you go pulling something check for boost leaks. You running a 2Rude and with that setup your boost needs to be at 15-16psi. Get a Air Leak tester! And check your completed system. You have a big boost leak...........Good Luck!

Check your throttle body bolts while your at it mine came loose by themselves on my tx once...

Also find out what your supercharger clutch slip is set at. too low, and you won't make full boost.

You really need to be checking your A/F with that ecu. They have been known to be very lean.

how to test supercharger boost
thank for reply, before my skis install without the oem ecu reprogam by seadoo racing centre , riva valve train kit , rude RRFPR and 4" power filter kit , last time i install riva x-charger impeller and housing, get the rpm8040 and gps74mph , test supercharger boost , how to test is better ?

Thomas, i really think your slip moment is too low on your supercharger. Check the slip and shim the clutch as necessary. I would like to see 16 ft lbs of slip on that 2rude.
Also like skeedskixp said, you could be running lean with that ECU.
