Custom parts - open for quote requests (have pisser adapters too)
I now have my CNC mill fully functional (finally) and am open for quote requests on any custom parts made from aluminum plastic stainless, tool steel, etc. I also have a few sets of billet pisser adapters (for fuji engines) for $50 shipped. Flow control set screw optional - just specify.

How about making these one piece adapters for gas valves on a 785

Need an isometric view in addition to the above; or maybe a picture of one?

Pisser adapters would be nice for my wife's ski. Have any pics?

I can get some pics of the pissers tonight. So far I have 9 blanks cut out and the mounting holes countersunk.. still have to drill and tap for the 1/4" pipe thread, and also for the flow control set screw. That won't take long I just need to get the jig made to do 6 at once or do them one at a time manually.
Gas valves - so there are two parts on that diagram then, one round and one oblong. The smaller one on the left won't be hard or too pricey, the other one might be a bit harder. I really need some better drawings to be able to say for sure. Luckily I have low overhead expenses and have bought a used machine for a good price so my up front costs arent as much as a full blown machine shop would have.. although I just broke my first carbide endmill last night and am still kicking myself for it. Should have known better, rapid traverse right through a mounting bolt!! DOH! there goes $50.

I'm not sure where the drawings originated from, but I found them on here.I know if the price was right you could probably sell a few sets on here.

How about a few alignment tools?

Sorry - no lathe.. only mill. It's the next big thing on my list of stuff to buy.. gas valves are definitely doable for a good price.
Sorry no pic of the pissers got the kids at 5:30 and havent been able to get to the shop. I will say that they are rather shiny . Finish turned out real good for my manual feeds and speeds. I still have a lot to figure out on the machine - tapping cycles automatic tool changes getting the CAM software to make programs that run so I dont have to edit them.. and of course the monstrous expense of tooling which I have a minimal supply of.
But progress has been made,
