Over the summer I have mine hanging from the grab bar bolts using some metal straps. It worked, but I didn't really like it. I'm putting the battery box in over the winter, so I will attach it to the box somehow.....

The idea of it hanging like that bothers me. I know they slid into the spot on the middle piece on the seadoos. I think I am going to build something like a box bracket with it sticking out. Then I can double zip tie the thing to the rear box. I cut the box and now wish I hadn't as I could probably have wired that hose differently. But at least now with my seat air mods I'll be getting plenty of air. Plus that rear box allows you to keep your fire extenguisher in there.

I'll take some pics and we'll see how it comes out.

Went over to my buddies and found a bracket that worked great. Here is a pic of it attached to the rear bucket. Now just need to clean up the bucket and paint the bracket.

I had to straighten that bracket out and bend it accordingly. I put spacers behind the bracket where it bolts up to the rear box to get it to set out just a tad more. The coolant bottle can be pulled out and it sits tight in there. I am going to paint that bracket since its made out of metal. It came out a lot better than I thought. Now that this is done time to install it and see how it fits in there. If I had to do it all over again, I would leave the backside uncut and place the bottle on the back wall of the rear bucket and re-run the j pipe hose around it that way it will give enough room.

I took some angle aluminum, milled out some slots to duplicate the SD mounts and riveted it to the batt box. could also do it with hand tools. http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/atta...2&d=1238201664
