    Im not sure but I think this is the first seadoo sold in production for sale at ebay

    And I have a spare engine for that sitting in my garage!!!

    *edit*- I should mention that these were very dangerous. As you can see, the starter and "ring-gear" are completely exposed. A few gas fumes here and there.... sparks from the starter.... you get the picture!!!

    i think the first one was in 67... a air cooled 1 cylinder snowmoblie motor.
    but im not for sure.

    I think you'll find that even the first sea-doos were ROTAX powered.
