Any Legal boffins at GH ? .In need of advice .

Its not a Polaris issue but a problem I have from doing business with someone from the other side of the world .
I have purchased some machines from Denver USA .Paid for them , plus some additional to make sure all is cleaned etc and there would be no problems .
Machines not even hosed down with a garden hose .The breeze created when the container doors were opened would have done a better job of cleaning them .This is not the real issue though .The machine I paid for hasn't been sent .There is a different machine ,obviously not as big or as useful as the one I paid for or worth a 1/2 of what I paid .Serial numbers etc don't match manifest and it goes on and on .So I need some direction here if it possible .Where do I start with in the US system to get this guy to right his wrong ?

    Cheers

    Bernie

Oh man, not what I wanted to read

Post your query in the Main General Discussion forum.

There are some legal types among the membership, perhaps even in Colorado.

What type of machine is it? Your best bet would be to call a lawyer if you didn't get what you paid for. Maybe someone who lives around denver could recommend one?

Get all your paperwork in order first.

Keep any Letters/, voicemails, texts you may have with the other party.

Try calling/E mailing the Better Business Bureau. (It's a govt. agency that watches over businesses)

That's all I have to offer.

I hope this gets resolved, I got a feeling this is an OLD situation you've been dealing with.

I've dealt with the BBB before with good results. Xlint's right, try them first.
