waterbox delete Ultra LX
Alright I sort of made a little mistake while drilling out the baffle in my primary waterbox and now im thinking twice about putting it back... and was thinking about running a strait pipe instead...
I have read EVERY thread on waterbox delete when I searched about it but could not find concrete answers to a few questions...
1) With the ski OFF, just standing around in the water will the water be pushed up into the ski and hydrolock the motor?
2) While Jumping waves will it be a problem with the water getting pushed into the exhaust?
3) Is there any sort of silencer that can be used so the drone wont be horrible but will not object to the flow?
4) Will the loss of backpressure without the waterbox cause a problem to the motor?
To be short, I am just worried that the strait pipe will alow water to get into the motor.
Edit: I found this pic in one of the thread so i would do something similar?

i cut the 250x box in half and drilled with a hole saw three more large holes and welded it back up, no noticable power increase buts sounds ok on the water turns heads on the beaches at full noise.
