Possible huge B1 and B1 parts sale coming up
Looks like I need to go under the knife for my back.
Whether I do or not, and depending on how I "heal", will determine if all of my Blasters and parts go up for sale to pay the bills.
So you B1 and 701 guys, keep your eyes open in the Yamaha parts section. You never know when the ad my pop up.
Mods, I put this here as nothing is for sale yet, and it is just an "old school" heads up for the guys. Thanks

That sucks. What kind of surgery? What percentage is your insurance taking care of?

I am not too sure on what kind, just talked to my PCP today and got a "little" info. I need to see the Specialist next Thursday and he will fill me in on the MRI results.
As is stands (no pun intended) I can barely stand up, and I walk hunched over, for only a few feet at a time. All in killer pain, even on major pain killers and muscle relaxers. I am so doped up I don't even feel like myself. I will forget writing this when I see it later.
The Insurance, I am not sure how much they will pay. I know that I do have very good coverage, so that is a plus. But hell, just walking into see the Specialist is what, $1,000. But I won't put a price on my health.....it is what is is.
Thank you very much buddy. Prayers are greatly appreciated.
Right now I am more scared than anything. Messing with the back under a knife is always a gamble.
Where are my pills....I need to get some sleep.

Hope you get better bro. Take care of yourself first, everything else will fall in line after that.

Jer, Very sorry to hear bro'. My wife had a diskectomy and a laminectomy a few years back. She was in the same condition. Couldn't stand, couldn't walk, wanted to cut off her legs.....when she could actually feel them.... The mass they took out of her back was the size of my fist (no joke).
Good Luck man. Prayin' for the best.

Thanks man. I am just taking one day at a time which is all I can do at this point.
I "think" it is something I may be able to "work around" with lots of therapy (work outs) and finding a sit down job. I really don't want to get cut open.
Sometimes talking about it helps relieve the stress. I am going nuts being "locked up" and unable to do much of anything.
I hate the drugged up feelings, and they are not helping the pain in any way. So right now I am "drug free". I hurt like hell, as I did anyway, but at least my head is clear. On the pills, I was like half retarded.
I guess this is a wake up call to me.....that I should remember that I am 45 and to stop doing and acting 25.

Sorry to hear that, NJJer!
The toys are secondary, back pain can be debilitating.
Hope things work out well for you!
