missing heat pad for waterbox, but adhesive?

ready to tranfer my 07 wb to 00 wb, but the heat pad that goes on bottom was not included in purchase. i'll just transfer from the 07, but what would be a good high heat adhesive, the factory must have used some epoxy of some kind, thanksClick image for larger version.

it wont stick to the waterbox

best think to do is glue (try 5200fc) or screw the rubber pad to the hull where the waterbox sits

A ribbon of 5200 will protect the hull

3M Super 77, 80, or 90 adhesive spray will hold it on

    ADHESIVE

while this post may not be of upmost importance to some people ,making sure a heat pad is there and where the waterbox will sit and not be touching the hull is.Being under the battery box, i simply don't check under there, unless i suspect water leak or i'm doing a routine maintence ck., that i do after and before each season

I wire wheeled the water box and used some leftover hydro turf adhesive worked great!! Also I used an old exhaust coupler that I cut up and glued on. I scuffed up the outside of it and glued in outside face down. No problems and I can't pull it off with out using a ton of force.
