    Unhappy hi and low needle settings

    Workin on a 95 wave raider 700
    Both needles are turned out one turn. I know this isnt right.

    What is the stock setting for the hi and low needles?

    THe motor filled up with fuel just sitting there, pop off pressure to low?

    the owner took his ski in to a local shop (not a dealer) and the carbs are now not tuned. charge him almost 400 to rebuld and **** up the carbs.

    Took the ski to the lake and had the lows anywhere from 1/3 to 3/4 out and the highs from 1.5 to 2 turns out . got it on plane and took off then started surging like it started running lean but then it could get it to take off again and once again it got off the pipe. It just seems like its loading up at idle also.
    Also someone messed with the oil injector.. rather than removing it what is the correct setting and measurement for this thing? The guy wants to keep the injector and I have never adjusted one.

    Any help would really help me. cuz im all out of answers.

    I found the problem, the clear diaphram was left out of the fuel pump buy the guy that had previously worked on the carb.

    going to the water this am to tune.

    Dude, he got paid 400 bucks to mess it up. I can imagine what you are going to get to fix it.

    I know of a guy that paid $ 235.00 to have a primer kit installed.........ridiculous...... !!!

    Some of these dealers will take ya to the cleaners !
