NEVER LET FRIENDS REBUILD S/C leave it to GH

Wish I had pictures guys, but I was in a hurry....... Local Seadoo dealer showed me an RXP engine he had tore down. Customer stated it just quit after his neighbor friend helped him rebuild the supercharger. Well leaving out a spacer or so,just locked down the crank and cracked the block. What a friend.

Friends don't let friends rebuild S/C, they let the Hulk do it.

Just replaced my XS IC after 70h and found lots of oil blow-by in the IC air inlet:
about a spoonful of thin brownish oil, none in the oulet side
Is it a sign that my SC needs attention?
it s an 08 X-sc with riva washers and about 30h on it
I wasnt going to pull it out for inspection until at least 50h

Tony, are you using a catch can on your ski?

If not then oil can be entering the air intake through the positive crankcase ventilation system.
