    Thumbs up Free Pump Seal Kit

    How to get Pump Seal Kit for your PWC with € 5
    __________________________________________________ _______________

    First: Buy 3 acetic silicone sealant tubes (I paid € 4.90).

    Second: Clean and degrease all surfaces.

    Third:
    Fill all the cavity of intake grate, ride plate and transome plate with silicone and than trim with a ruler.

    I did mine with silicone, but the pressures in the pump pulled some of it out. I'm going to re do it next time with sikoflex, a glue similar to that used for the pump tunnel re-inforcements. That's defo permanent

    Yep--I tried that also. Didn't work. 4200 or 5200 for me from now on.

    4200 0r 5200 wont cure fully. Try using 2 part epoxy or poly resin
