    jplowman gp1200r Rebuild

well due to some recent hospitol visits i need to come up with some cash and this is the main way i can think of getting it...i purchased a 01 gp1200r about this time last year, went through the trailer and repainted it, new lights etc.. i pulled the motor on the ski and did a carbon kevlar pump tunnel reinforcment, one piece inserts on the pump shoe, and ride plate, and did dual fuel clunks to the back of the tank..other than that its all stock and very clean jus waiting for me to get around to fixing the motor but now it dosent look like im going to be able to..since i dont have enought post to put it in the ski section wheres the best place to sale these and how much would i be able to get for this ski..everything i have done has been done right, no half assing stuff..thanks josh

    any pics of the motor?
how many hours on the motor?
any modifications besides what is listed?
    where are you located?
    clear title?
    pics of the tunnel reinforcement?
    trailer included?

on a serious note, hope all is well with your health.

bought it not running was told it has around 100hours..no other mods but the pump tunnel, fuel clunks, and one piece mounts...will include trailer, and i have a clear title in hand...ill try to get pics of the motor tommorow, its clean but one cylinder has a little up and down play on wat seems to be the rod bearing..ive only pulled the heads so i havent got to far into it..was trying to keep it together until i got the money to mess with it..im located in southern indiana but i would drive a hour or so to meet and sell...

thanks for asking about my health, they said i have a pvc heart palpation or somthing along those lines, aparently alot of people have it and its nothing to worry about..

Ball park figure with a blown motor is around $1500 depending on what is wrong with the motor. The most expensive item is the crankshaft.

ill sink it before i take 500 for it, ive seen bare hulls for more than that on ebay..not getting offened i asked for opinions but i dont see how running it would sell for 3500ish give or take 500 but needing $1000 at worse case in parts drops the value $2500 just dont see it...$1500 dosent sound to bad, thats about the bottom dollar i was hoping to hear..guess if i cant get that out of it ill fix it and sell it for twice that.
