    SL750 motor alignment weirdness

I dropped my engine back in my SL750 today and realized that the motor has no where to move to. the motor mount posts are flush with the outside edges on all 4 points of the engine plate. I never removed the shims, so it SHOULD (I'm thinking) be in the same location.

suggestions? should I just bolt it up and run it?

Wolf, you really need to at least check it. If you are out of alignment, even the slightest amount creates excessive wear and tear on the driveline (impeller, coupler etc.), let's not forget the vibration it may cause.
