    Fuel Pump Longevity?

140 hours on my 2005 RXP with stock fuel pump.

Upgrading from Greenwheel to RRFPR, 42s and Les Cooke B Kit SC.

I just replaced my fuel filter then wondered if I should go with an aftermarket fuel pump or should I replace my 140 hour stock pump for my new setup?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

With an RRFPF... get that stock pump out of there!!! Find a new "genuine" walbro, and be done with it.

    Yeah gss342.

Just make sure it is the 342 and the inlet/outlet are on the same side of the pump.

Actually... the inlet is on the bottom, and the outlet is on the top!

The stock pump is made by Bosch, but BRP will not sell it by itself... you have to buy the entire module for around $365.00 I'm sure that you can find a direct Bosch replacement pump somewhere, as the part number is on it... however the Walbro GSS342 is a better pump for modded skis that require higher fuel pressure / volume. The Walbro will also be fine for a stock ski as well. Just be careful as to where you buy one, as there are Chinese knock off's of these things everywhere! You'll know if you got one in just an hour or two of operation... cause you'll be swimming or towing it in
