    Long Block 12f & 15f difference?

I looked on the parts break down but got lost when they have the same number but add suf A or B. Besides the cams, are the heads different? Where does the extra CC come from, I think the crank and rods are the same, just bigger bore, is this true? So could I just change pistons and cylinder? I know everything outside the long block are different.

Ok, so converting a 12 to a 15 is pretty much out of the question.
