Induction Into The 3 Seater World
I just picked up a brand new 2008 RXT. Although, I know my way around my two seater - I'm new to the "couch world". Can you RXT riders tell me what you think I should do to my new ski - in order to run the SRX-CD-14/19R - I have on the shelf.

I think it will be similar mods to the RXP, but you will have to pitch the 14/19 to get RPMs correct. The obvious would be 4" air, SC, external IC, injectors and maybe fuel regulator, depending on the SC/injectors.
I ran the 14/19 until I got to the X SC. Then the 14/19 was insufficient and I am now running a 15/20 pitched to a pro, set-back 12/19.5...with the MiniRude in cool air and I bet all over the limiter.

Get the hull outa the water...clean up the plate and grate....improve the air intake. If you improve the air good enough....you'll be able to drop in the 14/19 with mimimal rpm loss...after tweeking. If not...put in a external IC and try then. Not sure if you'd have to up the fuel with just the ex ic and not a bigger sc.

I've got an 06 RXT and run a 14/19 right under the rev limiter. I did the TB mod by Rossnemo, RR High Boost SC wheel and rear air intake. Not much money to spend and you'll pickup 2-3 mph.
