    2003 gp1300r Help

Hi guys i just bought a 03 gp1300r dirt cheap now the guy i bought if off said he had flipped the jet ski and got water into the motor he had the motor cleaned and said he did a comp test and these are the results 110 PSI in front two and 85 in rear cylinder and he also said it needs a new crank. I start the jet ski often and cant hear any strange noises. He said the crank is abit noisy and when i picked it up he started for me and the noise wasnt there anymore. Any suggestions on what i should do cheers

compression is low in the third cylinder i would tear it down and inspect it you do not want to ride as is and then blow it up.

The problem is the bearings are not removable without the whole crank being taken apart so when the bearings go out you either send the crank out to be rebuild or you buy another crank.
Yes if the cylinder is full of water and you start it it will score the cylinder and piston and even stick a ring, because the oil on cylinder will be washed away and all that will be there is water.
