    X-Charger Upgrade

I thought i saw a thread about this a few days back. but im just about at my 100 hr rebuild for the charger. Is there a wheel that i can drop into my X with out going for injectors? Is the Les Cooke the only one? Or are there others.

You can run the Riva X model upgrade but you need the 50 lb injectors or stock injectors with a RRFPR.

Have a look at it here

The best upgrade is the mini rude upgrade but you will need both 50 lb injectors and a RRFPR

    Hope that helps!

So for my situation, a jet boat with twin 215hp supercharged motors.

In order for me to utilize the minu rude upgrade, I would also have to purchase the x chargers as well?

Yes, the mini rude is not a complete supercharger. It's an upgrade for your existing X model supercharger. It contains a new front housing, impeller and spacer.

    Got it Thank you.

Is this the best option for a supercharger upgrade in the $1000 to $1500 price range? (x charger + mini rude)

How does the charger upgrade and the 50# injectors affect the gas consumption if you are just cruising? Does the ECU know enough so it still idles well, and not run too rich? I would consider it, as long as the machine is still reliable and smooth.

Usually modded ski gets better fuel mileage due the higher pitched impeller at slower speeds cruzing. However when you are BOOSTING it loves the gasoline.
