    Fx-sho riva stage 1 kit

    Hey guys can someone tell me how long from start to finish it will take to fit a riva stage 1 kit to an fx-sho? cheers

    1. Are you mechanically inclined?
    2. Have you worked on skis before?
    3. Are you doing the install or is a shop?
    4. If a shop is doing it can they answer "yes" to questions 1 and 2?
    5. has the installer ever done mods to a SHO motor before?
    6. Have they ever changed a prop before?

    All of those items will effect the install time.

    If the answer to all of them is no, then I would say about 8+ hours.

    yeh its at a sea-doo dealership, havent spent much time on sho's hence the question

    Any shop should be able to do it, but remember the key word there is "SHOULD". I know of shops I wouldn't let work on my weed wacker.

    Do you trust the shop? Ever had any dealings with them? Do you like the way they do business? Have you considered installing the mods yourself?

    These are the questions you have to ask yourself before trusting your ski to someone. It sucks but it's the truth.

    +1...i would find one of the forum guys near you and pay them to install it rather than a unknown shop (if thats the case).. top guys here and you have some of the best shop about as regular posters.
