    making progress

    got the third pulse line in,was actually very easy to do with the motor out.carbs are almost complete,my return jet setup is in and set at a 60 jet(70 and 80 to back it up)spigot mounts arrived as well as the throttle cable mount,anybody got a cable drum???and do you use gaskets,sealer or nothing under the rubber spigot mounts???

    You know, it's been a while since I've laid eyes on one, but I believe that they have the little raised rubber lip for sealing, don't they? I think they were made to use nothing., so as Al said, a little bit of grease would probably not be a bad idea.

    I personally would probably take this route though,

    but that's just me. This stuff is awesome, and it certainly wouldn't hurt the cause.

    they do have the raised rubber ring on them

    Yeah, I talked to someone else today and those adaptors are meant to "bolt & go". (a little 1211 still won't hurt though. )
