    please help new to this

    i have an 08 seadoo rxpx 255 and i just ordered an stainless wear ring
    and i was just wondering if i really need an impeller removal tool or is there a way around it. if so where can i get one wear ring will be here this week
    and its warming up down here in southeast texas and would like to install as soon as i get it in from ups

    You should be able to remove the wear ring without taking off the impeller. Put it in the freezer.

    +1, Yes you can definately remove the wear ring with the prop still in the housing..
