    Viton versus Standard N&S

Looking to rejet my carbs, got two questions:

    1. Is it wise to remove the choke plates?

    2. Whats the difference between a standard Needle & Seat and a Viton?

I think all the needles are viton tipped now. The old days thaey used an all metal needle. I have never seen full metal needles in pwcs.
    Someone will chime in.

Thanks bud, I see the option on the Riva site speaking to two different types of setup, standard which is the same part number as that in the manual (786-35015/1.5). Versus this part number (786-35018/1.5), which is the Super Viton.

Just dont want to get the wrong one.

Viton is the way to go. Why are you rejetting the carbs? have you put on different filters?

Adding a set of tau-ceti FAs and therefore going with the carb rejet.

Snagged a set of 786-35018/1.5 from the GH store! Thanks
