    04 rxp mods list

Hey guys Im a newb to the forum and just picked up an 04 rxp from developerjj and have been getting good info on mods from powerslave.

I have approx. 1000 budgeted for used/decent parts:

    XS IC
    4" intake, homemade
    15/20r 4 blade
    intake grate
    pump wedge
    x supercharger
    42# injectors
    pro series opas

Anything else I should put in or does this look good. This is really all the modding I want to do to the ski.

Also if you have any of the following parts for sale please pm me!

Shooting for 75-78 mph range, but reliable too

Those parts should get you to 78mph, but not for $1000 unfortunately ... and you need to add in a RRFPR. Figure closer to $2000 to get it done.

Stick with the stock injectors and use an RRFPR. No need for the 42#. There's a good chance you will be on the rev limiter too. Either need a repitch with the 15/20 or an adjustable venturi. If you get the venturi pitch for the 81mm ring for best top end speed. Your going to need a free flow pipe to remove the sound suppression box too so you have room to mount the XS IC.

XS IC - $150 in ebay parts
4" intake, homemade w/kanaflex and an ebay filter - $100
    15/20r 4 blade - $150
    intake grate - $75-$100
    x supercharger- $450
    42# injectors- $100
    pro series opas- $200
RRFPR- $30 ebay regulator $50 tank adapter
    Riva Exhaust $380

    Total: $1700

This is approximately what we spent on Christina's RXP and she ran 76.1

We actually took Christina's stock 215 SC and had it cut to fit an X wheel and front housing.. so we actually spent closer to $1500.

You dont NEED to remove OPAS or do the Exhaust... so subtract those items and youll be pretty close to where you want to be. You can do them later.

Substitute the Xcharger for a Rude1 and you will see 77+
You can prob find a Rude1 charger for around 500-600 bucks.

Add a Riva ecu to either supercharger you will see 80+

IMO, what you see above is the best bang for the buck. You will beat a LOT of skis at 76.1 mph.

Up until a few weeks ago, I had an X charger, RRFPR, and Injectors.. but I sold it as a package.

I do have another set of injectors...

BTW - RRFPR = Rising rate fuel pressure regulator.

The regulator is a $40 ebay part and there are several people on this site who make the tank adapter to fit it on your ski. it is a 5min install and very easy to use. You need to borrow an AFR meter to someone to be able to dial it in properly however.
