    Good price for a used Triton Elite WCII?

    I am in the market for a new trailer and I really like the aluminum Tritons. I think I may have found one and I want to know what a good price for it would be. I'm not sure of the year, but it looks very nice from pictures and I am going to look at it tomorrow. Is there any changes that were made in certain years? I have (2) 2005 Yamaha FXHO Cruisers. The owner is asking $1300. Thanks for any info!

    Around 2002-2003 Triton changed their PWC trailer designs, making them longer, and increasing the load weight ratings. But they kept the model designations the same

    That means you have to find the VIN plate and read the weight and load ratings. A tape measure will also tell you if it is the newer, longer designs.

    Read up on what the rating abbreviations actually mean, so you will know what you are looking at.

    I have a 2008 Elite WC2 model, purchased in 2007.

    I highly recommend the torsion axle versions of the Tritons, which are designated as their Elite models.

    In Greenhulk fashion, I didn't leave it stock;
    Triton Elite WCII is a good trailer, plus upgrades

    Nevermind. The guy wanted $1300 for a 1998 Triton Elite WCII. I told him he was crazy and that I wasn't even gonna make an offer because he was ridiculous to think a 12yr old trailer was worth $400 less than a brand new one. Thanks for the help guys. The search continues...

    Thanks for the help everyone. I ended up getting a 2003 Triton Elite WCII used for $700. I think I got a pretty good deal.
