    MFD Question

The mfd in my pro is junk, do I have to use an mfd or can I bypass all the circuitry, I am using a drop nozzle so I wont have trim, I'm going pre mix, and I am going to use a pet tach for rpm's. Will the ski run without the mfd and the associated wires?

Can I pull them out of the elec box and remove from the ski all together?

Can I just epoxy the hole after I remove the tube?

Does the mfd have any control over the temp sensor, What puts the ski into "limp" mode?

The mfd has no control of the CDI. Limp mode is triggered by grounding the gray/tan CDI wire.
