How not to use TWO ladders.

Had to take a pic of this today, couldn't believe it. I should have stayed to take a pic with the guy on the ladder. WTF??? LOL
Who is the mod (Billy?) that is a Safety Director, he'll love it. Feel free to take the pic and use it.

Neon green shirts tells me "professional landscaper".

The ladder rig tells me, "I hope they're insured".

Hopefully there is some sort of physics here, that IF someone stands on the bottom step, that it will suffice. Dunno...above my head!

The tree was finished when I passed back by it. I was thinking the same with someone standing on the bottom when the lighter one climbed the ladder. Just when the lighter one climbs to the top his weight is multiplied by the length of the ladder and transmitted down to the back side of the step ladder that's acting as the fulcrum. Which is where all the weight is ultimately put on. Be funny to see the back legs of the step ladder just crumble, as long as it wasn't me on it. Guess being a skinny Mexican has it's advantages. Yes, it was a landscaping company down here that I won't name, doing the work.
