New Rius video
Such an impressive ski and looks awesome. Anyone else here speak French? If I am not mistaken he is claiming 88mph in 3 seconds and??? That sounds a little unbelievable but who knows maybe it is, or maybe my translating & mph:kmh conversion is wrong. Either way a cool video.

It's not too far from believable. Rumor has it that Zapata had his ski going 0-70 in 1.7sec a few years back.

that has to be one hell of a pump.. not to mention a turbo cornering so easy and sharp at those speeds ... one hell of a hulll

The thing I like about his boat is how the nose stays nice and low. Great for turns. That is the FZR weakness...getting the nose to drop into and out of corners. I can get my nose like that when I race and have my nozzle all the way down. The boat turns twice as good.
I need to get me a drop nozzle on my FZR.

He was running the skat pump with the dual prop for the Kings Cup for sure...So much for dual prop scrubbing speed..But I guess with 500hp he can afford to loose a little on the top
