    Exhaust Baffle removal... help!

Trying to remove the exhaust baffle to install the riva waterbox, how is this thing supposed to come out??!?! I'm about ready to cut this thing in half... So far I've been following the riva instructions, but maybe i should be taking more tubing than the instructions say?

Are you talking about the resonator. If so you can remove by cutting in half, or remove the vts bracket, or what i did was remove the tb and it will come out.

I took mine out yesterday, cut off tool it your friend. You will get black "dust" everywhere though. I stopped after 5 seconds of cutting and put my shop vac hose next to where I was cutting. Made a HUGE difference.

    Good Luck!

Same here. You will drive yourself crazy trying to take it out. You don't need it anyway so cut it out. I used a sawsall and my shop vac. Had it out in no time.

Take intake manifold out,not much work but creates a lot off space, enough to get the resonator out very easy!

or remove the vts and it come right out, heat the end of a plastic pipe and push it over the vts nut and it will come right off.
