some SHO people will chime in shortly. Its still early here in the US.
feel free to use the search feature of this forum. the advanced search feature works great!
Here is a SHO/FZR speeds database to compare mods and speeds. It was found using the search feature as well.

I think with the C1 wheel and you're other mods a 13/23 pitch would be best.

I think you are on the right track. 23 on the trailing edge is probably best but opening up the leading edge will help alot with cavitation. We started our c1 build witha 13/24 and gained by going 13/23. Tuesday we will test a 15/23.

I had good results with a 13/24 Skat in Florida summer weather with just a few more mods than you, but I was into the rev limiter & started getting more low end cavitation as soon as the weather cooled off to 75-80*. Since you live in a cooler climate I think you'll have best results going 14/24 on the Skat if you are using a powershot & have it tuned well. Without a powershot I'm guessing 13/23 or 13/24 will work best. I've also tested the Dynafly(trued & blueprinted 15/22, not the Riva prop) but don't think you'll like it if you ride in rough conditions & want the best possible acceleration for wave jumping. It doesn't hookup or accelerate as well as the Skat but has more top speed. The R&D anti-cavitation cone also helps in rough conditions.
