    RXT iS steering nozzle extender

I installed the nozzle extender after some modifications to make it fit.
I used a piece of styrofoam for a model. I removed about 3/8" of an inch off the top tapering down about 2 1/2" on each side. Now it just clears the reverse bucket. I also ground about 1/16" off the end of the screws as they protrude inside the nozzle.

Rode Saturday installe the extender Sunday morning and rode that afternoon. Could not tell any difference in hookup. Lost a little top end because before it would hit 71mph before the ecu would cut rpm now it struggles to hit 70mph. The conditions were about the same both days is this was with several runs both ways.

How many rpm's did you loose?
    Speed losses were reported earlier.
    Repitching might help.
But untill now no real gains were reported with the extender.

Lost 100prms before installing it it hit 8140rpm and 71mph real easy and quick before the ecu cut rpms. Now it gets about 8040rpm and is much slower to 70rpm. Out of the hole both before and after I get 3 quick skips of cavitation almost everytime and I thought this might help that. I'm going to fill the intake grate and ride plate holes next.
