    Bilge Pump

I was thinking of installing the "REAL" bilge pump. In order to get it to the most effective location, it would have to go nearly under the engine. Problem is that you cannot get your hand underneath enough to drill the holes in the hull where the mounting bracket goes that supports the pump. Is there a waterproof and heat proof glue or epoxy strong enough that could hold the bracket to the hull?

Use Marine Tex epoxy. It is a 2 part mix that comes in white or dark gray. Just make sure the area where you mount the bracket is clean of oil etc.
