Do you need sc clutch if you have a BOV
I guess it says it all - seems to me you wouldn't - maybe someone who knows sc's could enlighten us.
Do car sc'ers have a slip clutch - or are they a different syle - what would happen if you locked the clutch and ran no BOV?
Sure would be nice not having to worry about ceramic breaking into the motor.

The clutch is still necessary.
The bov only eliminates the backpressure on the SC, it does not eliminate the inertial forces applied to the SC Impeller shaft when the rpm changes.
