This grate is installed on the SL650 I just got it looks a little aggressive???

I bought the ski with this grate!!!!
Instead of installing a 750 in the 650 I should re think (ouch that hurt) and install a 1200????

What kind of grate is that? R&D? Looks like an old Carl Camper Ultrac special!!! (I know it isn't... but it reminds me of them)

looks like a watercross grate,had one on the pro at one time,it'll definetly suck the hull down into the water

9 years later, this post is back from the dead. Thank you Google!!
I just bought a GTX 657 with a Ultrac grate on it (not as aggressive as the OP). 90% of it's use will be pulling tubes on a 150 acre lake, so top-end is not a need. Think I should stick with it?
