PWC motorcycle style engines vs outboard engines?
How do these differ performance wise? Does a PWC 250 HP engine last shorter compared to a V& 4-stroke 3.3 litre outboard engine? It seems those PWC motorcycle engines are in general cheaper compared to outboards with same HP and higher displacement.
Does a V& 250 3.0 lite outboard have better tourque curve and a better fuel effieciency compared to these 3 cylinder engines?
With these questions asked I also wonder why there are no compact motorcyle engines as outboard engines.

Welcome to Green Hulk !
The major difference is 2 stroke (very light weight, with much less parts) -VS- 4 stroke. the 4 stroke needs a much higher displacement /super charging to make same power.
