    Stupid Question but??

    Wheres the engine number??

    Is it the serial number ontop of the cooling rail on a 780SLT?

    i know on the 785's its on the flywheel cover

    If the cooling rail is the original part from the engine, on Fuji engines a copy of the engine serial number is often found on a label stuck onto the water cooling manifold rail (water bar).

    The actual engine serial number is embossed/painted onto the left side of the upper crank case, and can be very hard to see without removing the exhaust manifold.

    wicked stuff mine has the lable still on the bar/ rail

    would it be the 7 digit number?

    I think so

    The engine model number is a mix of letters and numbers.

    ive got a production number and a serial numberim guessing the serial number is the engine number
