carb question for 800
Come across some carbs for gp800 for sale, 46mm novi maxiflow's.
Question is my ski is relatively stock. Are these any good and what else would i need to get to go with them so i get the most out of it.My motor has nothing done to it and any suggestions will be appreciated.

They'll definitely increase your fuel consumption! Without any other mods that's probably all you'll get out of them....but then again...more fuel/air equals more power. I have run both 44 and 46's.....the 46's helped me more with acceleration, but the 44's always top-ended better.

thanks mike. how much you think 2nd hand they should be worth.i have no idea. Owner says they are in mint condition and i seen pics.
He is selling for $700AU dollars which is $526 your dollars. That fair or a rip for carbs?

The price doesn't sound too bad....does that include everything? Throttle wheel, linkage, fuel pump etc....

by the looks of the pic i saw it has no fuel pump but the rest looks there. After reading your advice im not goin to get them if all its goin to do is drink more fuel lol
I got worse problems.went for a ride last night and the dam latch on the seat broke on me. GRRRRRR hope spare parts here in south Oz have one.
