Igni Issues ...
Just in. Mark Underwood installed the Igni system on one of his boats and experienced the same infrequent hesitation that I experience at around 20% throttle.
He noticed that one of his digital displays tied to the Igni system lost power at the same time the hesitation occured, so he thinks that the hesitation has something to do with a power out condition.
Franco is going to trouble shoot the system on his dyno with a voltage meter and get back to Mark.
I will let you know when there is a solution to the problem.
In the meantime, keep those throttles wide open.

Hi Scott, thanks for the info. Every single EMS system that i know of has reported they have this same condition right at 19-20% throttle. My display doesn't lose power though, but i was able to greatly improve the condition by adding a bunch of timing at this TPS position.
