I'm taking a chance that a buddy will come up with a ski for me, in exchange for my 2nd $500 room.

Wow, sold out already. I didn't make my reservation til mid May last year & there was still plenty of rooms open. Has the hotel ever sold out before in previous years?

I just called the Holiday inn and the original blocked rooms are all sold out. She gave me the name of the person to cantact monday to block more. There are plenty rooms still available as of today.

I booked through central res 1-877-660-8550. I'm calling MC Holiday Inn 985-385-2200 on Monday to have my rooms res moved into the MudBug discount block.

I called MC directly and got a ground floor a couple days ago. did you request ground floor?

Glad to hear they're not full yet. When I made my resy last week the block was full, so I had to call back the next day after more rooms had been added. I guess they already filled the additional rooms & need to add even more. Looks like it's gonna be a big turnout this year.
