You are far better off running the OEM preshaped oil lines. In a pinch, I have used fuel hose for weed-eaters (1/8" thickwall yellow plastic tubing), but, I don't recommend it. It's too soft and flexible.

We use the yellow line on the kawis. It is tygon line and is availiable at some auto parts stores and small engine repair shops. I have found it to work better than stock lines, it doesnt get hard and crack like alot of the stock lines do.

+1. I've run the yellow tygon line for oil lines and fuel lines on several skis with absolutely zero issues. It's good stuff. Doesn't get hard and brittle like the stock lines.

I bought 100' rolls of the yellow tygon from McMaster pretty cheap. I use it for Primer kits and Fuel line, great stuff for sure and it's definitely rated for fuel.
