    That's a great buy.

EDIT: It doesn't have a buy it now. That also looks like an actual PSI one with the hammered gray paint.

Yeah I ruined the buy it now with my huge bid of 31 dollars....LOL It will probably go for more than 60 dollars now. This is the last thing I need. I still have to build a 700 twin for my Hurricane project.

How is that design any different from the stock 650/750/780 pipe?

It is a dry pipe so it builds more rpm. It is also shorter so it is tuned different.

OK, I'm kicking myself for not hitting the buy it now when I had the chance. So if I do go nuts and buy this thing. What do I have to do to make it work? Do I really need a pro CDI seeing how the weren't even available when PSI released this pipe? I'd be putting it on the SL 750. This setup. http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11670 I'd like to get the 750 to keep up with the SLX on the top end.

According to seal lion, because i have been back and forth with him on this for a while, you need the pipe, a pro 785 cdi or a remapped(if possible??) stocker, and 44's to really let it breathe. oh yeah, and a low pitch prop to let it rev.

So far I have a pipe, and the cdi, but was waiting for the end of the season, and Al to confirm wiring the pro cdi to the sl box, to start screwing with mine. I might be attacking that soon. But I plan on keeping the stock carbs to begin with, unless i can score a complete pro intake for cheap.

There used to be a cdi available back in the day. It is no longer made but since the Pro785 came out, it had a nice cdi stock that is like the previous performance one. I never had the set up on a 750 but I believe ph2ocraft put the Pro cdi on his 750 project. He can better explain the connections. On the 780s the wires match colors except for 1 male fitting needs to be changed to a female fitting. The set up works extremely well on the 780s. I want someone to try it on the 750s, specifically 94 and 95 SL750s.

I'd like to get away with re-jetting and changing the prop or removing the cone extension or swapping out the bored exit nozzle. Just some many variables to contend with. Then what if I love it? I'll have to do the SLX too.
