I had a bent valve and after removal of all i see this!
The bottom half is cracked in 3 places and the center piece is GONE

can this be repaired and if so by who? cost?

Easily repairable. Any reputable engine shop could do it. There are a couple of guys here on the forum that will probably chime in with who is good with Rotax heads. It's just a simple valve guide replacement.

While you are at it, you could have someone port the head and put bigger valves in and do a fresh 3-angle on the seats and valves and back cut the valves as well.

only repair the valve guide, dont touch the valve seat, and no bigger valves because there is no gain!
