water in cylinders of 2001 virage

Okay, so I'm new to this site, I've never really worked on a ski before, but I found a 2001 polaris on crigslist for $300 bucks so I bought it. I've been working on it for the past month, I got a new CDI and Stator. I finally started it today it ran for all of 5 secs and then I turned on the water as soon as it turned the water on it stalled out so I took out the spark plugs and there was water on the plugs? I let it sit for about an hour and I started again, this time I just shut it off after 10 seconds. My initial thought was Head gasket but I'm getting 140 psi per cylinder? Any ideas would be great. Thanks

    jake Welcome to the hulk..

If I had to guess maybe a cracked cylinder or bad base gasket. Make sure you get all of the water out before the crank rusts.

Pressure testing the engine should show the leak.
