Found +1mm on one blade of 15/19R

A quick question for all the prop experts here:

What is the cost on performance If one blade measures about +1mm of the others two(the others two are indentical)

    We talking about a 15/19R

Also can affect the ballance of the prop if i will bend it back?

Bending back will give no balance problems.

You might gain some rpm's by bending it back, but how much you will only know if you test it after bending.

What r your max rpms now where it's at? if they are low then bend them all to match the most depitched blade/s. If they are high, then add pitch to the least pitched one/ones.

measuring different off the bench does not necessarily mean the pitch is different although it likely is. Would be nice to check with a pitch gauge before bending.

I didn't check it with pitch gauge. Just measure off the bench.
I was worry that the difference of the blades measurement its possible to make me any troubles.

Can i run it as is? And in case that this difference really exists and after the gauge check, how much this affects performance?

    Thanks for all the info
