    Ryans RXP-X Build Thread!!

Ryan ( RyanITV) as he goes by on the boards, is letting us tweak his new to him 2008 RXP-X. I thought I would start a thread for him on the build process, he says he really does not want to mod it, but you all know how that goes, once you start you cant stop, it is a addiction.

We are staring by fixing some of the things, that were wrong with the ski when he bought it, it was in good cond, just some things were not done the way I like, Im alitte too picky. We changed the XS intercooler out for a Stock intercooler with the Riva relocation kit, Solas 15/22 R prop ( for now), removed and installed a new Riva thermostat, the original Riva T-stat housing was not sealed right. R&D intake grate, Riva cold air intake, Riva Opass Block off's, Riva SC washers, updated hose clamps for the intercooler, Pump wedge, Rad-4 Exhaust spacer, Riva thru hull and waterbox, Pump Relief. Im sure there will be lots more to come, and more pics as we get it done, should have it on the water by Friday!!

Thanks if you ever need something give us a call, we would be more than happy to help. We stock most every part you will need for your watercraft, and we have modified tons of Sea Doo 4-tec models!!

Here are some more pics of the work we did today, there is nothing ground breaking getting done now, but Im sure if I know Ryan he will want to have one of the fastest RXP-X around. That is why I started this thread so we can go back and add to it later when he really gets hooked!!
