Polaris 93 sl 750 no spark

Ok guys my name is rudy and i am new to the pwc world i bought a 93 polaris sl 750 and the stator wiring harness half way to the ebox were all melted so i remove the engine and send the stator to john @ jetskisolutions and came back to me like new all the coils on the stator test good so i put it together alone with
new 3 outlet mikuni fuel pump
remove oil pump to go premix
    block off plate
all new fuel lines alone with fuel restrictor and fuel filter
    new spark plugs and wires
    new fuel gauge sending unit
new bendix and starter just in case
    jet pump rebuild kit
new top end with all new gaskets of course
    carbutator freshly rebuild
so we put everything together and no spark well it will give me about 2 or 3 spark and then no more on every cylinder after that i reopened the ebox just to make sure check all connections all right since everything is color coded so cant go wrong went and test all the ohms resistance and everything test ok stator coil kill switch and eberything else after that i bought a complete kit from a 95 750 stator flywheel cdi and coils put everything back together and same result test battety while cranking and shows 11.3
i am about to go crazy and broke i know why to buy and old ski but is too late now please help thanks

    Welcome to the Hulk

The stator in the engine is a rebuilt 1993 SL750 stator - correct?

And you are using a 1995 SL750 CDI in the electrical box - correct?

Is there a thin Black wire connecting between the battery negative terminal and the black wires inside the electrical box?

Check the e- box again this happened to me on my 94 turned out one of the pink wires with a stripe was actually a red wire that was faded, so I had it on the wrong terminal. Also check your grounds.

Polaris 93 Sl 750 no spark

The other flywheel, stator, cdi are they used items? If u have been using used parts u may have been getting something that didnt work. The update kit may be ur best bet.Are the ohm readings coming out of the stator to the cdi checking out by repair manual specs. Is the flywheel in time? By the I am new to the HULK too.Just thought I might ask a few things. Also when u say the wires coming from the stator were melted. It could be possible it took out the main board in the ebox.

You may be missing some wires or connections.

Post a clear photo of the electrical box insides.
Tip: Use close-up mode on the camera (Flower icon)

There MAY also be an issue with combining the 1993 stator (rebuilt) with the 1995 CDI. Someone who knows the Fuji engines better might be able to clarify that

Yeah, I always thought the 92,93's were different setups than the 94,95' sl's. Not sure..

Although i will say you have done your homework on your ski and sounds like its ready to fire up!. keep up the good work on it. Be patient, electrical gremlins sometimes take a while to figure out..

Was the original cdi in the ski to begin with? or was it changed before you got it? there could be a entirely different problem... or was that the original stator in it when you got it? any serial numbers on the ebox? or the stator?

Pictures would be really helpful. the member who know about the eboxes can look and see whats what for ya..

    Welcome to the Hulk Rudy.

Being new to PWC's, I got to ask.

Do you have the lanyard installed?
