    FA gaskets?

When installing Flame arrestors, is metal to metal ok? I collected gaskets that will fit but I am not sure they are needed or if they might actually get in the way. Also, there is no locking feature (splitlockwasher/loctite/etc) connecting the FAs to the carb, or carb to the block. Should I use loctite for all of these connections or just a good tight fit?

No gaskets between the f/a and the carbs. If it makes you feel better a slight coat of your favorite silicone gasket maker will doo. Blue Loctite 242 on all threads. Do not overtighten, you'll break or strip stuff.
