    Do you like....

    A gp-sho or a gprxpx conversion.

    Im planning on starting a conversion myself but dont know which route to go on.

    So what do you guys think?

    Honestly, both have their pros and cons

    i love and would always stick to yammis but i know of a coupld of people running a gprxpx...

    but i would definately prefer the gp-sho conversion way better but i just wanted to get some ideas and input

    Duke

    I'd get in touch with Duke - he's the only person I am aware of that has worked on/tuned both applications. He can give you the builder/tuner view of both setups - what's good, and what's bad.

    The Yamaha guys (like me) will say SHO; the Seadoo guys will say RXP-X.

    Ask someone who makes em go.

    Gl finding the sho motor thats the hardest part of the build

    The GPR-SHO is an easier conversion, and better performing.

    last year i heard of a guy doing the gpr/sho conversion. according to what i read it was a easy drop as far as how the motor and driveline matched up with the one that was in there before.
    if i had a gpr hull i would do the conversion.

    Yes, it is, but there are a few obstacles. Still pretty easy

    It's going to be much harder to find the motor than it will be the hull.
