    Not allowed dang it.....

I just realized the Saint Johns is no were near WPB . Say if I wanted to live on the water (lake or canal that I can boat on) and have good schools what can I expect to pay for a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2 car garage home?

Looks like the money might be right from the employer who offered me the job

There are tons of navagable canals & waterways in WPB & surrounding areas. There is a long freshwater canal/lake chain that starts at a small lake near PBIA & goes all the way to Boca. It goes through Lk. Osbourne & Lake Ida but has no access to the ICW because of the spillways. There are lots of different neighborhoods in different price ranges along the 20+ mile stretch. The ICW(salt water) would be the coolest waterfront property to have, but it's probably still tough tough to find anything for less than a mil unless you can find a property on a canal with ICW access. IMO, the nicest part of eastern PB cnty is up north...PB Gardens & Jupiter.
