    Skids or rollers?

Hi guys, just wondering what you guys more reconmend skids or rollers. The place I usually ski doesn't have the best boat ramp abd ofte. We unhook the trailer from the car and push the ski in the water. For this I'd assume rollers is better but I have heard they ruin the hull of the ski? Any opinion?

I bought the white skids from West Marine. Cheap, easy to install, and work great! I love them especially with a large RXT.

Lee: What does the hull gel coat look like where the hull sits and rubs against these bunk slides while on the trailer?

I have had no issue with them on a factory boat, at all. I mostly put my trailer in the water to almost a floating standpoint. I have a 15 foot ramp in my back yard with these also. They do far less damage to the bottom of the ski compared to the other brands on the market. This Is what I like. I have posted this on a better idea than most of the crap I have bought and thrown in the garbage. The slides I have on my ramp have been installed for 5 plus years. Send keysbum or 305 coco a pm they have seen them in action at the ramp ask them from an outside opinion on what he looked at this past weekend on my new cart compared to the 5 year old set I have.
