    Question 4Tec Oil warning

    Hi hope someone can help,took my 03 GTX 4Tec SC out today,lasted about ten minutes and then alarm bells, The only thing that came up on the display was "OIL" after checking oil level found it a little high on dipstick, could this be the problem.

    NO that is not your problem.. BUT make sure the oil level
    is on the money.. (other issues)

    There are 2 oil sensors on your boat.
    you can look them up online in the oe parts store.

    You will need to replace them both. Mine were replaced
    under warranty, but that was over 5 years ago.

    I did them myself, but my dealer provided the sensors at
    no cost to me.
    They are not really that hard to replace. Just find them !
    and take your time

    Those skis commonly had problems with eiol pressure switch found on the oil seperator/TOPS/fill assembly. You might want to look there.
